At Taiyo Seiko, we are currently proposing the coexistence of molded products and machined products. In the past, there have been numerous cases of switching from molded products to machined products, and vice versa. However, rather than competing between molding and machining, we believe that by properly separating the roles of molding and machining within the same product, we can deliver high value-added products in terms of both cost and quality. Considering the characteristics of molding and machining, we can achieve "coexistence in different phases" where prototyping is done through machining and mass production is done through molding. Additionally, by performing secondary machining on molded products, we can achieve "coexistence in the same phase," allowing us to manufacture high-quality products at appropriate prices in a short period of time!
